He is survived by: his wife Christina; his children, Christian and Calvin; his parents, Brian (Fern) and Sharon (Daniel); his siblings, Zach (Mackenzie), Sarah (Maciek) and Greg; and his nieces and nephews, Rachael, Georgia, Gideon, Emily and Elijah. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
