It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cd Leo A. Bernard of Kingston, Ontario, who passed away on September 23, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Charlie; and his grandson Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Susan Northmore (Rob) of Kingston, Frances Wubben (Brian Roche) of Kingston, Jo-ann Mc Taggart (Ian) of Medicine Hat and Leo Bernard (Carolann) of Kingston, Ontario; his grandchildren, Paul Wubben (Cassie Haylor), David Wubben (Deanna Macdonald), Elizabeth Bernard (Nick Maschi), Amanda Boutilier (Sean Bowen), Craig, Carey Roche and Molly Martinson; his great grandchildren, Ruby, Edith Bowen and Hugo "Gator" Bernard; his siblings, Linda Serafin and Albert Bernard; and his pets, Tessa and Momma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
