She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert George and Edna Georgina Dickie (Stone); and her siblings, Jean (Menzie), Sarah (Craig), William (Thel), Howard (Gwen) and Harry (Avis).
She is survived by: her husband Hugh; her daughters, Jane Dumbleton (Bob) and Sherri Fenlon (Brian); her grandchildren, Briana Dumbleton (Mike), Corey Dumbleton (Anna) and Rodney Linklater; and her great grandchildren, Macy and Claire.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the War Amps, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society would be kindly appreciated in Celia's memory.
