He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ford and Teresa Ford. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his sons, Steven (Tricia) and Glen (Karen); his grandchildren, Zachary, Olivia and Grace; and his siblings, Judy Whittaker (late Bryan) and Ken (Margaret). He is also survived by his extended family and many close friends.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
