In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Cindy had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Cindy may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Insley and Betty Insley; and her brother Rick Insley. She is survived by: her husband Dave; her children, Ally and Kelsey; her nieces, Beth and Allison; her sister-in-law Kate; and her cousin Allison.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the James Reid Funeral Home Celebration Centre (1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, ON K7M7H3).
