Cynthia Slade Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Slade (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on September 19, 2022 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her mother Donna DeWolfe (Kingston); her aunt Judy DeWolfe (Kingston); her uncle Leland Dewolfe (June) of Nova Scotia; and her cousin Disease.
