He was predeceased by: his sister Darlene of Cape Breton; and his father Daniel of Cape Breton. He is survived by: his wife Patti Brown; his children, Bradley of Edmonton and Danielle "Danni" (Tyler) of Kingston; his siblings, Brian of Edmonton, Colleen of Cape Breton, Trish of Cape Breton and Lynda of Edmonton; and his mother Elaine Tobin of Cape Breton. He is also survived by his many friends and extended family.
Donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 631 and the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by Max's family.
