He was predeceased by: his brother Gil. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Hastings; his children, Kyle (Renelle) and Aaron (Abulena); his grandchildren, Hayden, Zoe, Beau, Nora and Sofia; and his siblings, Thom (Kerry), Don and Ron (Dawn). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
