He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry and Donna McCleverty (Nels). He is survived by: his daughter Carly; his stepmother Dorothy; and his family, Darlene, Greg, Dorothy, Jim, Melanie and Barbara (John). He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
