He was predeceased by: his close friend Ruth Curtis. He is survived by: his stepchildren, David Curtis and Laura Curtis; his grandson Jonah Holthus; his sister Marilyn Manwaring (Peter); and his nieces and nephews, Patricia, Bruce, Nancy and Gregory.
