He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Mildred; and his sisters, Mary, Kay and Debbie.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sons, Mark (Hollie), Corey (Nemz) and Kevin; his grandsons, Cole, Connor, Raphael and Daniel; his siblings, Nancy and Clifford; and his nieces, Sherry and Teri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, November 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 1 Mowat Ave, Kingston, ON K7M1J8.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington would be appreciated in memory of Dave.
