He is survived by: his wife Carolann Smart; his sons, Jason (Adrienne) and Brian (Erica); his grandchildren, Autumn, Canaan, Brielle and Danica; his siblings, Teresa (Bob), Doris (Andrew), Arthur (Marie), Harry (Bonnie), Guy (Colleen) and Rosemary; his nieces and nephews, Danielle, Courtney, Shannon, Ashley, Kenny and Corey; and his close friends, Mark and Wendy.

David has been cremated as per his wishes and will be buried at Cataraqui Cemetery where a private family service will take place due to COVID.

In lieu of flowers and donations we kindly ask in honour of David, give kindness to others and praise the Lord often.
