He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Helen. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his child Melodi-Eleni; his brother Nick (Lise); and his nieces and nephews, Thomas-John (TJ) and Christopher. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital would be kindly appreciated, with special thanks to Dr. Kevin Petrecca who changed our lives in an instant and gave our family hope during such a hard time.
