He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold G. Brown and Geneva Brown; his sister Carol Strong; his aunt Lillian Zacharko; and his father-in-law Andrew Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Brown; his sons, Keith Brown (Clare) and William Brown (Kathryn); his stepsons, Jason McGill (Shantelle) and Michael McGill (Melanie); his grandchildren, Henry, Arthur, Hannah, Jordan, Robert and Andrew; and his siblings-in-law, Douglas Strong, Edward Schmidt (Joanne), Steven Schmidt (Wendy) and Jennifer Mercer (Wilfred). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
