He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Moon and Frederick Moon. He is survived by: his wife Gabrielle; his daughters, Jennifer Moon and Heather Hook; his children-in-law, Christian Fransky and Paul Hook; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Fransky, Megan Hook and Madelyn Hook.
