He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Aylsworth and Grace Aylsworth; and his siblings, Ralph, Christie Manning, Herchimer, Doris Clare, Ross, Allan and Shirley Estey.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Allison Aylsworth (Tom Hinch) of Napanee and Shannon Holmes (Mark) of Green Bay, Wisconsin.; his grandchildren, Alexa Scott (Connor Hisco), Anderson Scott, Samantha, Sydney and Grace Holmes; and his sister Marion Burley of Napanee.
