He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Barkley and Grace Barkley; his wife Ruby Barkley; his sons, Stephen Barkley (Ann) and Paul Barkley; his grandchildren, Dana, Ben, Joseph and Matthew; his aunt Lilah Beach; and his cousins, Mary and Betty Beach.
