Douglas Alfred Amos Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Alfred Amos (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on May 27, 2022 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred and Gail (Yorke). He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Jennifer, Julia, Christopher and Alexander; his children-in-law, Shawn, Paul and Adeline; his grandchildren, Noah, Fiadh, Sawyer, Joseph, Thomas and Emma; and his siblings, Duane, Lori, Lisa, Carl, Lynn and Ken.

Though Covid got in the way of his judo classes, he remained committed to his students and the discipline.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted by the Cloverdale Judo Club to help sponsor a scholarship for future judokas to come.
