With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Arthur Robert O'Connor (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on February 2, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Doug and Blanche Sly; his father Bill O'Connor; his brother Jim O'Connor; and his mother-in-law Evelyn Bastarache (Edward).

He is survived by: his mother Betty O'Connor; his wife Valerie; his close friends, Chris (Katrina), Emalee (Tyler) and Jeff (Brooke); his grandchildren, Brycen, Finley and Mia; his father-in-law John Vandermeer (Marg); and his siblings-in-law, Amanda (Jim), Patrick (Loretta) and David (Debbie).

In Iieu of flowers and donations, Doug would ask that you take the time to do something you enjoy, be kind, tell someone you love them, be a little silly and Go Fishing as much and as often as you can.
