He was predeceased by: his siblings, Shirley, Robert and Harold (Norma). He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Siu Ling) and Terry (Andrea); his granddaughters, Kayla (Dave), Kristin, Abby and Isabel; his great grandchild Zoey; his siblings, James (Jessie), Arthur, Sandra (John) and Gary (Nancy); his aunts, Helen Casselman and Hilda Easter; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Heron and Ralph Melvin.

Donations may be made in Doug's name to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation.
