He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Nancy; and his brother William. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lewis (Carroll); his children, Joanna Farnell (Geoff) and Dean Lewis (Hillary) of Napanee; his brother Stephen Lewis (Denise); and his mother-in-law Margaret Carroll (late Howard).
