He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey; his sister Eunice A Millan; and his parents, Harry Birchall and May Lister. He is survived by: his son David (Josie); his grandchildren, Samantha (Ted) and Liam; his sibling's children, Mark (Debbie) and Michelle (Steven); his sister-in-law Elinor; and his niece Tracey.
