We announce the death of Eldon Walter Leach (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on October 30, 2026, at the age of 84. Eldon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Eldon will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Eldon will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Eldon’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Leach and Lorrena Leach; and his brother Keith (Marie). He is survived by: his wife Jane; his stepchildren, Randy (Mhairi Gray), Brenda (Scott Lucas) and Jennifer (Glen Schultz); and his grandchildren, Ella, Calum, Clara Leach, Spencer, Oliver Lucas and Macy Schultz.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kingston Curling Club (130 Days Rd, Kingston, ON K7M3R4).
