He was predeceased by: his sons, Jim (Patricia) and Mark (Lisa); his former wife Lorna; his brothers, John and George; and his parents, Bessie Stinson and Fraser Stinson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Allan (Sandie), Lynn (Ron) of Kelowna, B. C. and Lorie (Howard); his grandchildren, Morgan, Mackenzie, Carrie, Scott, Julie, Travis, Fraser, Hayley, Parker, Mike, Tom, Jenny, Aidan and Marshall; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Miller, Simeon, Briar, Liam and Isla; and his stepsons, Nathan and Derek (Megan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
