It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Elizabeth Bernard (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on April 29, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Freddie; and her children, Geraldine (David), Anne (Mike), George (Tuula), Marion, James (Cathy), Lynn (Joe), Donnely (Marilyn), Joan (Terry), Keith (Deceased) and Donna (Steve). She was also cherished by her 25 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
