Frances (Halladay) Neal Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances (Halladay) Neal (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on March 21, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Addison Halladay and Loretta Halladay; and her siblings, Patricia VanBruggen, Ethel Halladay, Karl Halladay and Charlie Halladay.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby MacTavish of Delta, John MacTavish of Delta and Larry MacTavish of Belleville; her granddaughter Cassandra; her siblings, James Halladay (Linda) of Brampton and Shirley Madden (Donald) of Brockville; her sister-in-law Verla Serson (Garnet) of Brockville; and her nieces, Angela Gagnon of Oshawa and Melinda Whiteside of Peterborough. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
