It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Manion (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on March 13, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood and Kathleen; and his brothers, Edward (Marjorie) and Joseph (Eileen). He is survived by: his spouse Cathy (Jarrell); his children, Jim Forest Mills (Jennifer), Michelle Brown Ottawa (Jerry) and Michael Kingston (Amber); his siblings, Robert (Nancy), Joanne, Marlene, Mary and David; and his brothers-in-law, Fred and Francis Jarrell.
Donations to the John M Parrott Centre or the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated by the family.
