He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his sons, Rick (Anne) and Justin (Sarah); his granddaughter Larissa (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Kohen and Ryann; and his sisters-in-law, Glenda Cox (Rick) and Angela Asselstine (Tom).
