He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Bailey and Madeline Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his children, Caitlin Hoy (Clayton) of Toronto and Megan Gomm (Paul) of Staines; his grandchildren, Frank and Imogen Gomm; his siblings, Madeliene Tarasick (Steve), Karen O'Brien (Paul), Tracy Schoen, Richard Bailey and William Bailey (Trecylyn); and his great-niece Izzy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
