“I was part of the eager 13 K running group every Sunday morning. Frank huffed and puffed much less than some of us up the Fort Henry Hill! I remember many races f.ex. the Marathon our group ran together in Ottawa . I once accompanied the family to Frank's Marathon at Niagara Falls. Liz and I became good friends and enjoyed each others' company on fun adventures together with my kids. My most heartfelt condolences to this wonderful man's beloved family and friends!”
