He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy. He is survived by: his children, Matthew and Apri; his wife Darcie; his daughters, April, Kristina, Nicole, Megan and Isabel; his brothers, Glen, Roger and Dale; and his nieces and nephews, Theresa, Nancy Anne, Kelly, Scott, Troy and Bart.
