He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Purdie, Jocelyn Purdie (Gord McRae) and Judith Purdie-Elliott (Stefan Elliott); his grandchildren, Jason McCready, Matthew McCready (Catriona), Nicholas McCready (Julia), Margot King (Cal) and Erik Elliott; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Grace and Ryan McCready. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
