He is survived by: his wife Eulalia Phillips; his children, Audra Phillips, Howard Phillips (Debbie), Helen Phillips (Steve Tripp) and Clarke Phillips (Barbie); his sister-in-law Helen Phillips; and his niece Sharon Meehan of Kingston. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
