He was predeceased by: his parents, R. F. 'Rudy Ohlke MD and Bernice 'Jeanie Ohlke RN; his sister Bette Flindall; and his brother-in-law Bob Tank (Karen). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Tank; his children, Katie, Charley (Helen), Lindsay and Lisa (Brendon); his sister Jane (Joe Favot); his brother-in-law Rick Tank (Chris); and his aunt Joanne (late Earl Hannah). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation, Lionsheart Inc. (foodbank) or St. Mark's Anglican Church, Barriefield, or a charity close to heart.
