She is survived by: her parents, John Garofalo and Maria Garofalo; her husband Tony; her children, Justin (Valerie), Samuel, John and Veronica; and her siblings, Francesco (Michelle) and Phillis Kelly. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
To fulfill Graziella's wishes, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her memory can be made to St. Gertrude's Parish in Oshawa and/or Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Kingston.
