He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Van Duinen (Geraldine), John Van Duinen (Sue) and Henny Sands (late Ernie); and his father-in-law Mark Boone (Valerie). He is survived by: his wife Anne; his daughters, Devon Van Duinen (Brian Murphy) and Kaitlin Van Duinen (Mike Sparling); and his father-in-law David Boone (Heather).
