He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon and Eleanor. He is survived by: his wife Jill (Derouin); his son Mark (Lisa); his granddaughters, Makayla, Kelsey and Taylor; his sister Heather Jacob; and his niece Kristen Jacob.
