She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Doernbach; her significant other Svend Mortenson; and her son Ron Doernbach. She is survived by: her children, Steve Doernbach (Joanne) of Georgetown and Susan Gray (Murray) of Tamworth; her grandchildren, James Brett (Lee), Jodi Ottorino (Matt), Brad Doernbach (Stephanie), Terri Cadeau (Luke) and Michelle Levesque (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Audrey, Tennessen, Rocco, Lucas, Leo, Bennett, Bronson and Grayson; and her sister Sarah Elcome.

Memorial donations made to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF) for Providence Care-AB Smith Homestead House would be appreciated.
