We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Hazel Crooke in Kingston, Ontario, born in Toronto, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Bill. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan (Les) and Sharon (Mike); her grandchildren, Jason (Stephanie), Jennifer, Cara and Ally; her great grandchildren, Sienna and Charlie; and her sisters-in-law, Sylvia and Liz. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
