She was predeceased by: her husband Eric Vivian Stork; her parents, Kenneth Paul and Agnes Paul; and her sister Pauline Abeysekara. She is survived by: her son Dave (Dolly); her granddaughters, Renee and Nicole; and her siblings, Bobby Paul, Venetia Baldsing, Maureen Ranasinghe and Thelma Johnson (Bryan).
Family has requested either flowers or a donation be made to the Ajax/Pickering Hospital in Hazel's memory.
