Helen Chapman Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Chapman (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on March 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Chapman; her parents, Hugh Millikin and Maureen Millikin; and her siblings, Jackie Smith (late Paul), Linda Brooks, Janet Millikin and Bob Millikin.

She is survived by: her children, Mary-Anne Baun (Mark), Karen Fargo (Steve), Matt Chapman (Paula), Sarah DaCosta (James) and Jim Chapman (Tracey); her grandchildren, Michael, Brad, Eric, Ellen, Megan, Owen, Ryan, Jakob, Hugh, Harlow and Stella; and her brothers-in-law, David Chapman (June) and Bill Chapman. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.

Memorial donations can be made by cheque to the Alzheimer Society or The John M. Parrott Centre.
