He is survived by: his spouse Carol; his children, Scott (Shelley), Todd (Carolyn) and Lee (Shannon); his grandchildren, Brittany, Jenna, Kaylee and Tyler; his sibling Dorothy Smith; his stepsiblings, Pauline Pavlik (Charlie) and Noreen Middlemiss (Bill); and his sibling-in-law Barry Beare (Joan).
