He was predeceased by: his son Dr. Richard Milner (Margaret); his sister Cherie (Bill); his parents, Agnes Milner and Howard Milner; and his significant other Karl Kramil.
He is survived by: his son Bryan (Pat); and his nieces, Lou Anne (Marc), Mary Anne (Paul), Ginny Lee, Kim (Ed) and Kayleen (Rob).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the James Reid Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre (1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, ON K7M7H3). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
