He was predeceased by: his child Kelly Lockwood; his parents, Percy Hoadley and Irene Hoadley; and his siblings, Francis, Doug, Brent and Janice.
He is survived by: his spouse Chris; his child Alyson Hoadley (Jeremy Rodrigues); his grandchildren, Jack, Madeline Lockwood, Joseph, John and Andre Rodrigues; his mother-in-law Verla Nicholson; and his siblings, Neil, Mike, Mark, Greg (Sue), Sharon, Cindy and Dawn (Murray).
Although Jack's circle of friends, colleagues and acquaintances are too numerous to count, due to Covid 19 restrictions, Jack's family will gather privately at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard for a Chapel service officiated by Rev. Dr. Nadene Grieve-Deslippe.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to U.H.K.F. (Providence Care Hospital for Palliative Care), or a charity of your choice in Jack's memory.
