He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maxine; his children, Jackie (Grant Greenaway), Sharon (Tom Hanna), Janice Dobler and Doug Martin; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah, Justin, Patrick, Jacob, Curtis, Richelle, Selena and Lyndsey.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in Jack's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre of SE Ontario).
