He was predeceased by: his mother Sim Lee. He is survived by: his wife Louise (Teal); his children, Skylar Lee (Shelby Jansen), Kourtnie, Kris Stencell and Dustin Teal (Amanda Olner); his father Howard Lee; his siblings, Gene, Robert, Margaret (Lew), Donna (Kerry) and Vincent; and his friend Rhonda Carquez.
