He was predeceased by: his significant other Elaine Bertrand. He is survived by: his children, Holly Rix and Daniel Rix (Lisa Harkin); his grandson Austin; and his sister JoAnne Phelps (Ross). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Campbellford Memorial Hospital.
