He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Joseph, Samantha Lynn and Heather; his sister Kathy (Bill); his sister-in-law Ernesta; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Ethan, Hayden, Joseph and Jackson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in Jan's name to the local Legion's Poppy Fund.
