It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean-Charles Young of Kingston, Ontario, born in Trois-Rivières, Québec, who passed away on May 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Due to COVID restrictions the funeral will be limited to immediate family only and a celebration of life will take place when guidelines allow.
