It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Fern (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on June 7, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her spouse Joe Fern; her children, Jason (Tanya) and Jeffrey (Tracy); her grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Madison, Hannah, Haydon and Landon; and her brother Malcolm Wright (Mildred).
